Dua Shuja is a Program & Research Consultant at Vision Without Barriers. She holds a Master of Global Public Health from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Bahria University, Islamabad.

With a background spanning public health, research, program evaluation, and community development, Dua has worked on initiatives related to health systems, climate change, women’s health, and WASH. Prior to joining Vision Without Barriers, she worked in research-focused roles supporting evidence-based programs and development initiatives.

She is passionate about using research and data to inform practical solutions that strengthen communities, promote equity, and expand access to opportunities. Her interests include public health, inclusive development, and advancing the well-being of women and underserved populations through evidence-based approaches. She believes that meaningful impact comes from combining research, collaboration, and a deep understanding of people’s lived experiences.

Outside of work, Dua enjoys reading, spending time in nature, hiking, and exploring new places. Her curiosity about people, communities, and the world around her continues to shape both her personal and professional journey.
